These Are the Dangerous Chinese and Russian Companies With Military Ties

The U.S. Commerce Department put out a list of Chinese and Russian companies with “military end users” for purposes of the “military end user” control. They are considered dangerous to America’s national security and are blocked from buying U.S. technology.

According to Reuters: Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said on Monday the action establishes a new process “to assist exporters in screening their customers for military end users.”
