The Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission reported last month that it is banning the P320 from training facilities. Why This Matters Now
The Sig Sauer P320 is a top-selling pistol, but it has a number of complaints against it regarding unintentional discharge. The company is also dealing with numerous lawsuits, with one as recent as November 2024. In this case, an Army veteran was awarded $11 million when his P320 went off unintentionally in his pocket, causing him to be injured.
