Dendreon (Nasdaq: DNDN) 159% HIGHER; FDA panel backs PROVENGE for prostate cancer.

All American Semiconductor (NASDAQ: SEMI) 44.9% LOWER;

Announced that unaudited revenues for the fourth quarter of 2006 were$95.8 million, a 16.2% decline from $114.2 million of revenues for thesame period of 2005 and a 16.6% sequential decline from $114.8 millionof revenues in the third quarter of 2006. The Company continues toexplore all strategic options including, but not limited to,refinancings, financings, a potential sale of the Company or itsassets, a recapitalization, a restructuring or a Chapter 11 bankruptcyfiling. The Company cannot provide any assurance that its efforts willenable it to continue as a going concern.

ICT GROUP (NASDAQ: ICTG) 29% LOWER; Anticipates Q1 revenue of approximately $115 million and diluted EPS in the range of $0.02 to $0.04. This estimate compares with the Company’s previous expectation of revenue in the range of $116 to $118 million and earnings per diluted share in the range of $0.20 to $0.23.

Cell Genesys (Nasdaq: CEGE) 22.3% HIGHER; Stock jumps related to FDA panel backing of Dendreon’s (Nasdaq: DNDN) Provenge for prostate cancer. CEGE also has a cancer immunotherapy for prostate cancer.

Image Entertainment (NASDAQ: DISK) 22% HIGHER; Entered into a definitive agreement with BTP Acquisition Company, LLC, an investor group led by David Bergstein, to sell Image in a transaction valued at approximately $132 million, including the assumption of a replication advance in excess of $9 million and the repayment of approximately $24 million of debt. Under the terms of the agreement, Image stockholders will receive $4.40 per share in cash.

MDI, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDII) 17.8% HIGHER; Company reports FY06 earnings. Commenting on the year end results, CEO, J. Collier Sparks said, "We ended up the year with revenue of $8.72 million, which roughly equaled 2005’s revenue of $8.79 million. However, backlog at the end of 2006 was $2.1 million, which was an increase of $1.2 million over 2005. We are currently filling this $2.1 million worth of orders." For 2007, the Company expects revenue to be in the range of $35 million and the Company estimates earnings at $8 million.

Magma Design Automation (Nasdaq: LAVA) 16% HIGHER; Synopsys, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNPS) and Magma Design Automation announced the companies have agreed to settle all pending litigation between them.

Global Payment (NYSE: GPN) 13% LOWER; Reports Q3 earnings of $0.42 per share, $0.44 ex-stock expense, versus the consensus of $0.41. Revenues came in at $260.4 million versus the consensus of $264.1 million. Sees FY07 EPS, with stock expense, of $1.74-$1.76, versus the consensus of $1.84. Sees FY07 revenues of $1.05-$1.057 billion versus the consensus of $1.06 billion. (Conference call happening now could be adding pressure)

Checkpoint Systems (NYSE: CKP) 10.4% HIGHER; Reports Q4 EPS of $0.46, $0.51 ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.38. Revenues came in at $216.3 million. Sees FY07 EPS of $1.20-$1.30 versus the consensus of $1.29.

DeVry (NYSE: DV) 8% HIGHER; Banc of America upgrades DeVry from Neutral to Buy.

Pilgrim’s Pride Corp. (NYSE: PPC) 4.6% HIGHER; Stock seeing interest afterreport that farmers will be planting more corn (than expected) which should lower prices. Corn is a key feed ingredient used by PPC.
