Markets in Asia were mixed
The Nikkei fell .7% to 10,444. Toyota (TM) dropped.
The Hang Seng was up .4% to 21,156.
The Shanghai Composite gained 2.2% to 2,990.
At the open in Europe, the FTSE was up .6% to 5,014. Rio Tinto (RTP) rose . The Dax was up .5% to 5,622 and the CAC 40 rose .5% to 3,725.
