These are this Tuesday’s top 10 analyst upgrades, downgrades, and initiations seen in Wall Street research calls during the pre-market hours.  It is more skewed to downgrades, something we have not seen routinely in some time.

Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: ALU) Cut to Hold from Buy at RBS.
Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX) Cut to Sector Perform at RBC; Cut to Sell at Goldman Sachs.
Brinker International (NYSE: EAT) Cut to Underweight at Piper Jaffray.
Clorox Corporation (NYSE: CLX) Raised to Overweight at Barclays.
Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. (NYSE: GT) Started as Underweight at Morgan Stanley.
Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) Maintained Sell but added to Conviction Sell List at Goldman Sachs.
Starbucks Corp. (NASDAQ: SBUX) Raised to Buy at UBS.
Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (NASDAQ: TEVA) Removed from Conviction Buy List at Goldman Sachs, but maintained Buy.
UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) Removed from Conviction Buy List at Goldman Sachs, but maintained Buy.
Western Union (NYSE: WU) Cut to Market Perform at William Blair.
