Priceline.com Inc. (NASDAQ: PCLN) cut to Hold at Stifel Nicolaus; shares down double-digit percentage after earnings and guidance.

Procter & Gamble Co. (NYSE: PG) named as Bear of the Day with Underperform rating at Zacks.

Rackspace Hosting, Inc. (NYSE: RAX) raised to Buy at Jefferies; shares up double-digit percentage gains after earnings.

Tesla Motors Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) started as Neutral at BofA/ML.

VeriFone Systems Inc. (NYSE: PAY) cut to Neutral at UBS.

The Globe & Mail in Canada reported on a Jefferies analyst calling the best opportunity for Research In Motion Ltd. (NASDAQ: RIMM) is to partner up with Samsung in the fight against Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) and Google Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) for iPhone and Android dominance.
