Shares of EnteroMedics Inc. (NASDAQ: ETRM) are down 57.01% to $1.22, on trading volume of 7 million shares. The company reported that its weight-loss device, VBLOC, failed in a study. Before Friday, the 52-week low was $1.95.

Shares of Riverbed Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: RVBD) are down 19.65% to $16.15, on trading volume of 9.3 million shares. Although fourth-quarter profit of $0.29 a share was in line with consensus estimates, the company projected first-quarter profits of $0.23 to $0.24 a share, below the $0.26 a share Wall St. expects.
