Here are today’s five biggest gaining stocks at closing:

Affymax Inc. (NASDAQ: AFFY) is up 53.7% at $3.52.

China Information Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: CNIT) is up 36.6% at $1.38.

Immersion Corp. (NASDAQ: IMMR) is up 31.4% at $8.24.

Artisan Partners Asset Management (NYSE: APAM) is up 29.8% at $38.93. This is a new IPO today.

Hot Topic Inc. (NASDAQ: HOTT) is up 29% at $13.87.

And here are today’s five biggest losing stocks at closing:

Banro Corp. (NYSEMKT: BAA) is down 23.2% at $1.69.

SolarCity Corp. (NASDAQ: SCTY) is down 14.4% at $16.49.

China Lodging Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: HTHT) is down 14.3% at $16.51.

Aviva plc (NYSE: AV) is down 12.3% at $9.57.

MGIC Investment Corp. (NYSE: MTG) is down 12.5% at $4.91.
