Here are today’s five biggest gaining stocks at closing:

Vertex Pharmaceuticals Inc.(NASDAQ: VRTX) is up 61.9% at $85.60.

Desarrolladora Homex (NYSE: HMX) is up 40.2% at $8.16.

Novadaq Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: NVDQ) is up 24.5% at $12.73.

SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. (NYSE: SEAS) is up 24.2% at $33.52. Today was the stock’s IPO.

Overstock.com Inc. (NASDAQ: OSTK) is up 19.3% at $18.73.

And here are today’s five biggest losing stocks at closing:

Acacia Research Corp. (NASDAQ: ACTG) is down 27.3% at $21.49.

PRGX Global Inc. (NASDAQ: PRGX) is down 16% at $5.24.

China Information Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: CNIT) is down 13.7% at $1.01.

Air Methods Corp. (NASDAQ: AIRM) is down 13.4% at $39.76.

Virco Manufacturing Corp. (NASDAQ: VIRC) is down 12.9% at $2.17.
