Top Analyst Upgrades and Stocks to Buy: Blackstone, Marvell, Xerox and More

We have broken out the positive analyst calls, and these are some of this Tuesday’s top analyst upgrades, initiations and positive analyst research calls seen from Wall Street.

Blackstone Group LP (NYSE: BX) was reiterated as Buy with a $28 target and called attractive with a high yield, a recent pause offering an attractive entry point, according to Argus.

Diamond Resorts International Inc. (NYSE: DRII) saw its quiet period end: started as Buy at Cantor Fitzgerald, started as Outperform at Credit Suisse and started as Overweight at J.P. Morgan.

Marvell Technologies (NASDAQ: MRVL) was added to the Top Pick list at RBC Capital Markets.

Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE: DOC) was started as Buy and a $14 price target (versus $11.62 closing price) at Wunderlich.

Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. (NYSE: REXR) was started as Buy with a $15.75 price target (versus $13.60 close) at BofA/Merrill Lynch.

Rockwell Collins Inc. (NYSE: COL) was raised to Buy from Neutral with a $88 price target (versus $73.33 closing price) at Sterne Agee.

Teck Resources Ltd. (NYSE: TCK) was raised to Outperform and the price target was raised to $34 from $25 at Cowen & Co.

Xerox Corp. (NYSE: XRX) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Citigroup.

The independent research firm Argus made changes to its model portfolio for a pre-September move. Some are being bought and some are being sold.

UBS gave its top dividend picks from its Select REIT portfolio.
