May 22, 2017: Here are four stocks trading with relatively heavy volume among 79 equities making new 52-week lows in Monday’s session. On the NYSE, advancers led decliners by more than 2 to 1 and on the Nasdaq advancers led decliners by about the same margin.

Seadrill Ltd. (NYSE: SDRL) posted a new 52-week low of $0.51 on Monday, down about 3.8% compared with Friday’s closing price of $0.53. The stock’s 52-week high is $4.59. Volume totaled around 5.6 million shares, about 15% below the daily average of about 6.5 million. The offshore driller had no specific news.

Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd. (NYSE: TEVA) dropped about 1.4% Monday to post a new 52-week low of $29.45 after closing at $29.88 on Friday. The stock’s 52-week high is $56.44. Volume of about 4.1 million was about 50% below the daily average of around 8 million shares traded. The company had no specific news.

Opko Health Inc. (NASDAQ: OPK) dropped about 3.6% Monday to post a new 52-week low of $6.37 after closing at $6.61 on Friday. The stock’s 52-week high is $12.15. Volume was about 25% higher than the daily average of around 4.6 million shares. The company had no specific news.

DSW Inc. (NYSE: DSW) dropped about 1.4% Monday to post a new 52-week  low of $17.24 after closing Friday at $17.48. The 52-week high is $26.22. Volume of around 2.7 million shares was about 10% above the daily average. The footwear and accessories company reports first quarter earnings before markets open Tuesday.
