The company now expects to price its 24.0 million shares in the range of $24 to $26 per share, with an overallotment option for an additional 3.6 million shares. The company previously had its shares priced in the range of $19 to $22 apiece. At the maximum price, the entire offering is valued up to $717.6 million. The company intends to list its shares on the Nasdaq under the symbol DDOG.
The underwriters for the offering are Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Credit Suisse, Barclays, Jefferies, RBC Capital Markets, JMP Securities, Raymond James, Stifel, William Blair and Needham.

Our revenue was $85.4 million in the six months ended June 30, 2018 compared to $153.3 million in the six months ended June 30, 2019, representing period-over-period growth of 79%. Substantially all of our revenue is subscription software sales. Our net (loss) income was $(2.6) million, $(10.8) million, $0.5 million and $(13.4) million for the years ended December 31, 2017 and 2018 and the six months ended June 30, 2018 and 2019, respectively.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
