The editors at Kelley Blue Book (KBB) have put together a list of the best lease, financing and purchase deals available for the final two weeks of December. There are three significant cash-back offers, one financing deal and six leasing deals that stand out from the crowd.

A KBB executive noted:

Year-end is one of the best times to buy a new car as automakers look to maximize sales numbers for the calendar year. … Our 10 Best Deals this month include some 2015 models and some outgoing 2014s, from compact cars to luxury vehicles to three-row SUVs, all with money-saving offers so shoppers can ring in the new year with a brand-new car.

On to the deals. KBB’s top deal for the month is a cash-back offer from Mazda for a 2014 CX-9. The crossover SUV carries an MSRP of $30,815, and Mazda is offering $4,000 in a cash-back promotion.

The best lease deal for the month comes from General Motors Co. (NYSE: GM), which is offering a 36-month lease on a 2015 Chevy Malibu for a cash payment of $1,369 and 36 monthly payments of $189. The MSRP on the car is $24,560.

Toyota Motor Corp. (NYSE: TM) offers the month’s second-best cash-back offer. An Avalon with an MSRP of $32,415 is being offered with $1,000 cash back and 0% financing for a 60-month term.

Nissan’s Infiniti brand is offering a 2014 Q50 sedan that carries an MSRP of $40,905 on a 39-month lease. The deal requires an upfront cash payment of $2,799 and a monthly payment of $329.

Toyota is offering a 36-month lease on its 2014 Prius v hybrid. The MSRP on the car is $27,575 and the 36-month lease requires a cash payment of $999 and a monthly payment of $249.

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (NYSE: FCAU) has a cash-back deal worth $4,250 on the purchase of a 2014 Chrysler 300. The MSRP on the car is $31,990.

Mazda has another offer in the top 10, this one on a lease for a 2015 Mazda 6 mid-size sedan. The MSRP on the vehicle is $23,715, and the 39-month lease requires a cash payment of $1,989 and monthly payments of $189.

Honda Motor Co. Ltd. (NYSE: HMC) makes it on the list with a lease deal for a 2014 Honda Civic. The 36-month lease requires an upfront payment of $1,999 and monthly payments of $149.

GM has a 39-month lease deal available on a 2015 Buick Regal. The MSRP on the car is $32,675. To drive away in one of these requires a cash payment of $3,109; to keep driving it requires monthly payments of $259.

The final top 10 offer comes in a financing deal from Volkswagen. A 2014 Passat with an MSRP of $27,495 is available on a 0%, 60-month financing deal.
