The editors at Kelley Blue Book (KBB) have put together a list of the best lease, financing and cash-back deals available for the final two weeks of August. There are five significant cash-back and financing offers and five leasing deals that stand out from the crowd.

A KBB executive noted:

August is a great time to snag a deal on a new 2015 model-year car, as dealers are clearing their lots during this summer sell-down period making way for the new 2016 model-year inventory. Whether you’re looking for a compact car, an SUV or a sedan, this month’s list of noteworthy deals has a wide variety of choices.

On to the deals. KBB’s top deal for the month is a lease offer from General Motors Co. (NYSE: GM) for a 2015 Buick Enclave midsize luxury sport utility vehicle (SUV). The vehicle carries a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $39,975, and Buick is offering a 39-month lease for a $1,817 down payment and monthly payments of $317. The offer expires on August 31.

Hyundai has the best cash-back deal of the month and the second-best deal overall. The Hyundai Elantra Value Edition compact has an MSRP of $20,525, and the Korean carmaker is offering a cash-back deal of $1,500 that expires on August 31.

Toyota Motor Corp. (NYSE: TM) is offering a Venza midsize crossover SUV with a cash-back payment of $2,000 and zero percent financing for 60 months. This is the last model year for the Venza, which carries a MSRP of $29,965. The offer expires September 8.

Another Toyota brand is the fifth-best deal of the month. A midsize Lexus GS that normally carries an MSRP of $49,540 is available until August 31 with a 36-month lease for a down payment of $2,499 and monthly payments of $409.

The Kia Forte is available with a $1,500 cash-back deal and zero percent financing for 60 months. The MSRP on the Korean-built compact is $20,215. The offer expires on September 8.

Volkswagen’s Tiguan is a compact crossover SUV that the German company is offering on a 36-month lease for $2,499 down and $179 a month. The vehicle’s MSRP is $27,120, and the offer expires on September 7.

GM is also offering the Cadillac ATS compact on an exceptional leasing deal until August 31. The MSRP on the car is $34,210, and GM’s 36-month lease is available for a cash down payment of $2,659 and monthly payments of $269.
