According to Realtor.com, its most visited listing this week is a home owned by actor Michael J. fox located in Sharon, Connecticut.

18 Knibloe Hill Road in Sharon has six bedrooms, four full baths and one half bath in 5,000 square feet. The  size of the plot is disputed; the headline says 72 acres but the listing says 87.46. The house was built in 1997.

Sharon is in Litchfield County, incorporated in 1739. The town had 2,725 residents in 2014, according to the Census. The figure was 2,572 in 1820. Not much progress.

The city is 98% white, and the poverty rate is 10.4%, well below the national average.

The listing:

Gorgeous Views from this Classic shingle and stone home with Screened porch set on over 72 acres, pond, pond house, guest apt, pool, portico, mature plantings and gardens. Horse Barn and Paddocks with pasture in quiet and private setting round out this estate and all within minutes from Sharon Center and easy access to the train. Beautifully maintained with top quality finishes throughout.

The Realtor.com comments are more breathless:

We tallied up the clicks on realtor.com this week and weren’t shocked to see a celebrity home at the very top of the list. It belongs to a man with serious ties.

The Connecticut getaway of actor Michael J. Fox topped our weekly look at the most popular homes in the country. Situated on over 87 acres of land, the home itself isn’t ostentatious. It’s a classic farmhouse with unbeatable views of natural beauty—the greenery of Northern Connecticut is gorgeous. Tucked away on the border of New York, the prime property comes with a private pond, horse barn, and cozy guesthouse. All that for just $4.25 million. Time-traveling DeLorean not included.
