(ABT) Abbot Labs $0.55 EPS vs $0.52e.
(AMZN) Amazon.com opening its “Go Indie” music store.
(ASML) ASML Holdings N.V. trading up 4% after 53% sales increase and commitment to return cash to holders.
(BGC) General Cable formed a joint venture in India.
(CIT) CIT Group $1.37 EPS vs $1.27e.
(CCU) Clear Channel’s private equity bidders boosted buyout offer to $39.00 a day ahead of the shareholder vote.
(IBM) IBM trading down almost 3% after meeting estimates; 2 downgrades.
(INGN) INtrogen trading up 20% on positive lung cancer trial results.
(INTC) Intel trading up 3% after earnings, despite lowered guidance.
(INTU) Intuit servers were bogged down and filers had to wait hours for confirmation of tax filings because of the massive flood of TurboTax filers.
(JPM) JPMorgan Chase trading up almost 3% after $1.34 EPS vs $1.03 estimates; company boosted dividend and authorized $10 Billion for share buybacks.
(LLTC) Linear Tech trading up 10% after earnings fell, but major news is the $1.7 Billion convertible debt offering and accelerated buyback of up to $3 Billion.
(MOT) Motorola $0.02 EPS vs $0.02e; trading down 2% earlier after earnings but now close to flat; lowered guidance again.
(NFLX) Netflix stock indicated down 8% or more: $0.16 EPS vs $0.16e; revenues $305.3 million; 6.797 million subscribers; added 481,000 subscribers in quarter; subscriber acquisition costs rose as did churn; company authorized $100M for share buybacks; sees 6.7-6.9 million subs in Q2 on revenues of $303-309M, and $0.18-0.24 GAAP EPS; sees 2007 7.3-7.8 million subscribers (down from 8-8.4M prior) on revenues of $1.21-1.26 Billion (down from prior $1.25-1.3B) and sees 2007 GAAP EPS $0.76-0.83 (unchanged from prior guidance).
(NITE) Knight Capital Group $0.31 EPS vs $0.32e; trading volumes were lower.
(OMM) OMI Corp agreed to be acquired by Teekay and TRMD for some $29.25 per share.
(RIMM) Research in Motion is having a Blackberry outage.
(SIVB) Silicon Valley Bancshares CFO is resigning to join an emerging solar company.
(UTX) United Technology $0.89 EPS vs $0.80; EPS after items were $0.82.
(YHOO) Yahoo! trading down 8% on lower than expected numbers $0.10 EPS vs $0.11e.
