Baidu.com (Nasdaq: BIDU) +$20.40; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.32 ($0.37 ex-stock compensation) vs. consensus of $0.33. Revenues were $35.7 million vs. $34.43 million consensus. Sees Q2 revenues between $48.9-50.2 million vs. consensus of $44.3 million. Company announces resignation of COO. Also, Citigroup upgraded BIDU to Buy this morning.

Cummins (NYSE: CMI) +$12.92; Reports Q1 earnings of $1.42 per share, 56 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $2.82 billion versus the consensus of $2.62 billion. Sees FY07 EPS of $6.00-$6.50 versus prior guidance of $5.50-$5.75 and the consensus of $5.39.

Varian Semiconductor (Nasdaq: VSEA) +$10.87; Reports Q2 EPS of $0.69, 3 cents better than estimates.(0.66) Revenues were $241.8 million vs. $239.06 million consensus. Sees Q3 EPS between $0.89-0.98 vs. consensus of $0.68. Sees Q3 revenues between $271-286 million vs. $240.8 million consensus

Mettler-Toledo (NYSE: MTD) +$5.41; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.78, 10 cents better than estimates.(0.68) Revenues were $387.8 million vs. $368.44 million consensus. Sees FY EPS between $418-428 million vs. $407 million consensus.

DeVRY (NYSE: DV) +$4.54; Reports Q2 EPS of $0.32, 3 cents better than estimates.(0.29) Revenues were $247.8 million vs. $244.82 million consensus. Also, Baird upgraded DeVry to Outperform this morning.

DOWNWARD MOVERS:
MEMC Electronic (NYSE: WFR) -$8.11; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.71, 2 cents better than estimates.(0.69) Revenues were $440.4 million vs. $443.92 million consensus

Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE: OCR) -$5.88; Reports Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.47 vs. consensus of $0.65. Revenues were $1.58 billion vs. $1.62 billion consensus. Company revises FY EPS guidance to between $2.30 to $2.40 (consensus is $2.75)

Universal Truckload Services (Nasdaq: UACL) -$4.91; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.20, 12 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $158.9 million vs. $170.5 million consensus.

Avid Tech (Nasdaq: AVID) -$4.57; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.25, 5 cents better than estimates.(0.20) Revenues were $218.9 million vs. $226.27 million consensus. Company approves $100 million stock buyback.

Psychiatric Solutions (Nasdaq: PSYS) -$4.06; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.33, 1 cent worse than estimates.(0.34) Revenues were $323.7 million vs. $327.18 million consensus.
