iPCS, Inc. (Nasdaq: IPCS) 6% HIGHER; said its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $11 per share payable to all holders of the Company’s common stock, with a record date of Tuesday, May 8, 2007 and a payment date of Wednesday, May 16, 2007.
