Monday is so far turning out to be one of those days where news here may not matter much as far as stocks on the move.  This is all about the $1 trillion E.U. bailout and the turnaround snap-back seen on a major scale.  That being said, today’s top day trader alerts are the biggest movers (news or not).

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) up 5.2% at $248.26 on 386,792 shares (8:20 AM).

ASML Holding N.V. (NASDAQ ASML) up 6.7% at $31.60 on 275,000 shares (8:20 AM).

LM Ericsson Telephone Company (NASDAQ: ERIC) up 5.6% at $10.63 on 255,160 shares (8:20 AM).

Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) up 4.9% at $25.92 on 158,171 shares (8:20 AM).

Popular, Inc. (NASDAQ: BPOP) up 9.1% at $3.60 on 145,000 shares (8:20 AM).

DryShips Inc. (NASDAQ: DRYS) up 6.7% at $5.43 on 114,000 shares (8:20 AM).

Canadian Solar Inc. (NASDAQ: CSIQ) up 10% at $15.53 on 10,851 shares (8:20 AM).

JA Solar Holdings, Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: JASO) Up 8.4% at $6.45 on 31,480 (8:20 AM).

American Capital, Ltd. (NASDAQ: ACAS) up 9.15% at $5.60 on 43,000 shares (8:20 AM).

Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) up 3.9% at $22.16 on 150,000 shares (8:20 AM).

National Bank ogf Greece SA (NYSE: NBG) up 19% at $3.18 on 140,000 shares (8:25 AM).

American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) up 5.3% at $40.75 on 42,000 shares (8:25 AM).

Koninklijke Philips Electronics NV (NYSE: PHG) up 11.8% at $32.49 (8:25 AM).

Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: ALU) up 7.5% at $2.71 on 160,000 shares (8:25 AM).
