Costco Wholesale Corp. (NASDAQ: COST) started as Buy at UBS.

DCT Industrial Trust Inc. (NYSE: DCT) raised to Buy at BofA/Merrill Lynch.

First Solar Inc. (NASDAQ: FSLR) reiterated Hold as its large-project pipeline is winding down, according to Argus.

Five Oaks Investment Corp. (NYSE: OAKS) started as Equal Weight at Barclays and started as Outperform at Credit Suisse.

Halcon Resources Corp. (NYSE: HK) started as Outperform at Raymond James.

Life Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: LIFE) cut to Neutral at Credit Suisse.

Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT) raised to Overweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley.

Owens Corning (NYSE: OC) raised to Buy from Neutral at Citigroup.

PAA Natural Gas Storage L.P. (NYSE: PNG) downgraded to Neutral by Citigroup.

Sarepta Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: SRPT) downgraded to Neutral at Janney Capital and downgraded to Market Perform at Leerink Swann.

Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE: S) raised to Overweight from Neutral at J.P. Morgan and reiterated Buy and raised price target to $8.00 from $7.50 at Argus.

Target Corp. (NYSE: TGT) started as Neutral at UBS.

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (NYSE: WMT) started as Buy at UBS.

Deutsche Bank unveiled a new list of small cap stocks that it thinks will lead the bull market charge.
