E*TRADE Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: ETFC) raised to Market Perform from Underperform at Keefe Bruyette & Woods.

Nokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK) was raised to Market Perform from Underperform at BMO Capital Markets, and Bernstein raised its overseas price target but maintained an Underperform rating.

Overstock.com Inc. (NASDAQ: OSTK) raised to Buy from Neutral at BofA/Merrill Lynch.

Six Flags Entertainment Corp. (NYSE: SIX) started as Outperform at Credit Suisse.

Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL) raised to Outperform at Keefe Bruyette & Woods.

Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. (NYSE: TKC) raised to Neutral from Sell at UBS.

UBS A.G. (NYSE: UBS) raised to Buy at Deutsche Bank.

Vertex Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: VRTX) saw two positive analyst notes, as the biotech was raised to Buy at Canaccord Genuity and raised to Neutral from Sell at Goldman Sachs.
