International Rectifier Corp. (NYSE: IRF) was upgraded to Strong Buy from Buy at Raymond James.

Prosperity Bancshares Inc. (NYSE: PB) was upgraded to Perform from Underperform at Oppenheimer.

SanDisk Corp. (NASDAQ: SNDK) was reiterated Buy with a $70 price target, based on higher earnings expectations, by Sterne Agee.

Verastem Inc. (NASDAQ: VSTM) was started as Buy with a $22 price target at Cantor Fitzgerald.

Western Digital Corp. (NASDAQ: WDC) was started as Overweight with a $77 price target at Piper Jaffray.
