Chubb Corp. (NYSE: CB) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Deutsche Bank.

Coca Cola FEMSA, SAB de C.V. (NYSE: KOF) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Goldman Sachs.

Dow Chemical Co. (NYSE: DOW) was raised to Buy from Hold with a $47 price target at Argus.

Government Properties Income Trust (NYSE: GOV) was downgraded to Underperform from Sector Perform at RBC Capital Markets.

Level 3 Communications Inc. (NYSE: LVLT) was started as Neutral at Macquarie.

Qualcomm Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOM) was downgraded to Neutral from Overweight at Piper Jaffray.

Seeled Air Corp. (NYSE: SEE) was raised to Neutral from Underperform at Macquarie.

Swift Energy Co. (NYSE: SFY) was downgraded to Neutral from Outperform at Credit Suisse.

Synchronoss Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: SNCR) was added to the Credit Suisse U.S. Focus List as one of the most compelling names in its small and mid-cap universe of software with near-term accelerated revenue growth due.

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (NYSE: TEVA) was downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley.
