Some analyst reports cover stocks to buy, while others cover stocks to sell. These are this Monday’s top analyst upgrades, downgrades and initiations seen from Wall Street research firms.

Atwood Oceanics Inc. (NYSE: ATW) was maintained as an official Buy rating but it was removed from the Conviction Buy List at Goldman Sachs.

Baker Hughes Inc. (NYSE: BHI) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Goldman Sachs.

Cameron International Corp. (NYSE: CAM) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Goldman Sachs.

Cisco Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) was reiterated as Buy with a $27 price target at Argus. The call is based on new financing and also as it continues to promote Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) as a better approach to software defined networking.

CommVault Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: CVLT) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Mizuho.

Constellation Brands Inc. (NYSE: STZ) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Goldman Sachs.

Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ: FB) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Argus, but the call was based on valuation as the stock neared its $73 price target. Argus did maintain a Long Term Buy rating on the stock.

General Dynamics Corp. (NYSE: GD) was downgraded to Equal Weight from Overweight at Barclays.

Kinder Morgan Management LLC (NYSE: KMR) was downgraded to Market Perform at Wells Fargo.

Lorillard Corp. (NYSE: LO) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Goldman Sachs.

Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (NASDAQ: MMLP) was raised to Buy from Neutral at UBS.

National Oilwell Varco Inc. (NYSE: NOV) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Goldman Sachs.

Patterson-UTI Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: PTEN) was raised to the prized Conviction Buy List from a Neutral rating at Goldman Sachs.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: REGN) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Citigroup.

Siemens A.G. (NYSE: SI) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and it was raised to Overweight from Neutral at J.P. Morgan.

VeriSign Inc. (NASDAQ: VRSN) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Cowen & Co.
