7 Key Earnings Reports Coming Out on Thursday

[cnxvideo id=”510429″ placement=”ros”]The broad markets are continuing to hit new highs even though the fourth quarter earnings season is over, even though there are a few more companies reporting this week. 24/7 Wall St. has put together a preview of some of the major companies reporting their quarterly results on Thursday.

We have included the consensus earnings estimates from Thomson Reuters and the stock price and trading history, as well as added some additional color on each.

Apache Corp. (NYSE: APA) will share its most recent quarterly results on Thursday morning. The consensus estimates call for earnings per share (EPS) of $0.07 and $1.51 billion in revenue. Shares were last trading at $55.46, in a 52-week trading range of $36.09 to $69.00. The stock has a consensus analyst price target of $65.50.

Kohl’s Corp. (NYSE: KSS) is scheduled to reveal its fiscal fourth-quarter results early on Thursday. The consensus estimates call for $1.33 in EPS, as well as $6.22 billion in revenue. Shares were trading at $41.42 on Wednesday. The consensus price target is $45.73. The stock has a 52-week trading range of $33.87 to $59.67.

Chesapeake Energy Corp. (NYSE: CHK) is set to report its fourth-quarter results before the markets open Thursday as well. The analysts’ consensus estimates call for EPS of $0.07 and $2.09 billion in revenue. Shares were last changing hands at $5.95. The consensus price target is $7.64, and the stock has a 52-week trading range of $2.35 to $8.20.

The Gap, Inc. (NYSE: GPS) is scheduled to report its fiscal fourth-quarter results on Thursday afternoon. The consensus analyst estimates call for $0.51 in EPS and revenue of $4.39 billion. Shares of Gap traded at $24.61 late on Wednesday. The consensus price target is $25.52. The 52-week trading range is $17.00 to $30.74.

Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) is set to share its latest quarterly earnings after the markets close Thursday. The consensus estimates call for $0.97 in EPS and $1.05 billion in revenue. Shares were recently trading at $61.17, in a 52-week trading range of $44.36 to $72.22. The stock has a consensus analyst price target of $72.50.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. (NYSE: HPE) is set to report its fiscal first-quarter results Thursday afternoon. The analysts’ consensus estimates call for EPS of $0.44 and $12.07 billion in revenue. Shares were changing hands at $24.79 on Wednesday. The consensus price target is $24.80, and the stock has a 52-week trading range of $12.82 to $24.79.

Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) is also set to share its latest quarterly earnings after the markets close on Thursday. The consensus estimates call for $1.15 in EPS on $4.35 billion in revenue. Shares were at $45.11 late on Wednesday, in a 52-week trading range of $35.01 to $62.82. The consensus price target is $48.74.
