These are this morning’s top day trader and active trader alerts for Monday:

Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) is lower after Susquehanna cut its rating on fears of a competitive eReader market.  Shares closed at $121.00 Friday, but now the stock is down 1.45% at $119.25 on relatively thin volume of under 120,000 shares.

Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVNR) is up over 10% at $2.92 on over 60,000 shares on relatively small volume based upon weekend analysis and chatter.

Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: OREX) is up after it announced this weekend that Contrave(R) reduced depression scores and body weight in overweight and obese patients with major depression.  Shares are up over 5% at $4.37 on over 40,000 sahres.

First Financial Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFCH) appears to be a mystery drop, or appears to be a rogue/bad print.  There are 25,000 shares that traded at $7.95 after a $12.19 close on Friday.  The indications are $11 to $14 still, so treat this as a bad print.

JA Solar Holdings, Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: JASO) was one of the few positive mentions by Goldman Sachs with a raise to Buy anjd a $7.50 price target.  Shares are up over 3% at $4.94 on more than 50,000 shares.

Research in Motion Limited (NASDAQ: RIMM) is up this morning after Raymond James upgraded it despite a cautious note from Barron’s.  Shares closed at $52.23, but are up 0.65% at $52.57 on about 100,000 shares.  Be advised that $54.30 was the prior 52-week low before Friday.  The old saying is that stocks hitting new 52-week highs or lows tend to keep hitting more.

Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: MU) is higher this morning after a SEMICON report shows Apple sustaining Flash, good for Samsung, Micron, Tosgiba and Hynix.  Shares are up over 2.5% at $9.70 on almost 100,000 shares.
