Earnings season for the third quarter is underway, and 24/7 Wall St. has put together a preview of the top Dow Jones Industrial Average companies due to report their quarterly results this week. Overall, 11 Dow stocks are reporting this week after nine reported last week.

The Dow reached above 23,000 last week and with very strong earnings from the likes of UnitedHealth and IBM, it has managed to push even higher, with potentially 24,000 in sight for the end of 2017.

We included the consensus earnings estimates from Thomson Reuters and the stock price and trading history, as well as added some additional color on each.

Be advised that the earnings and revenue estimates may change ahead of the formal reports, and some companies may change reporting dates as well.
