This past week was relatively flat for the U.S. broad markets, still better than the first week of December, which saw a 4% loss in both the S&P 500 and the Dow Jones industrial average. With December now in full swing, the number of major companies reporting tends to slow down as Christmas gets closer.

24/7 Wall St. has put together a preview of the earnings reports that are coming out this week. Here, we have included the consensus earnings estimates from Thomson Reuters, as well as the stock price and trading history.

Be advised that the earnings and revenue estimates may change ahead of the formal reports, and some companies may change reporting dates as well.

Oracle Corp. (NYSE: ORCL) is set to report its most recent quarterly results on Monday after the close. Analysts are looking for $0.78 in earnings per share (EPS) and $9.52 billion in revenue. Shares closed trading on Friday at $46.60, with a consensus price target of $52.90 and a 52-week trading range of $42.57 to $53.48.
