On Tuesday night’s MAD MONEY on CNBC, Jim Cramer said he loves garbageand waste, particularly toxic waste. Cramer loves toxicwaste stocks because of permits needed and barriers to entry, pluslonger profitability than regular waste companies that act as cyclicals.
Histop pick in the sector is Stericycle (SRCL), and that is even with the stock up 20% since his November recommendation on it. He said they have themedical waste arena and they have been acquiring mom and pop medicalwaste companies around the US. Here are the rest of his notes on it.
Hisfirst waste management company that he started discussing was in toxicwaste was American Ecology (ECOL) he likes because of radioactive andtoxic waste. ECOL ran 4% after-hours after Cramer noted it. Here are his full notes on ECOL.
Cramersaid in his call-ins on the group that the big traditional waste companies like WasteManagement (WMI) traded more like cyclicals now. Cramer alsosaid in a call-in that he has been wanting to and been waiting to getis Ecolab (ECL), but it has never given any sort of pullback that madethe valuations worthwhile to get in (he wants a big drop in it to beable to buy it).
