TRANSCEND SERVICES, INC. (Nasdaq: TRCR) 17% HIGHER; Revenue for the first quarter of 2007 was $10,422,000, an increase of $2,410,000, or 30%, over first quarter 2006 revenue of $8,012,000. Earnings per share was $0.15 in the first quarter of 2007 compared to $0.02 in the first quarter of 2006.

Ultra Clean Holdings (Nasdaq: UCTT) 13.5% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.27, in-line with estimates.(0.27) Revenues were $110.8 million vs. $107.96 million consensus. Sees Q2 EPS between $0.21-0.27 (ex-items) vs. consensus of $0.29. Sees Q2 revenues of $100-111 million vs. consensus of $111.4 million.

ResMed (NYSE: RMD) 13% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.39 (ex-items), 3 cents worse than estimates.(0.42) Revenues were $183 million vs. $194.18 million consensus. ResMed has announced that it will conduct a worldwide voluntary recall affecting approximately 300,000 of its S8 flow generators.

Woodward Governor (Nasdaq: WGOV) 10% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.63, 12 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $256.3 million vs. $238.33 million consensus. Sees FY EPS between $2.35-2.45 vs. consensus of $2.17.

iRobot Corp. (NASDAQ: IRBT) 9% HIGHER; The company and The Boeing Company (NYSE: BA) have signed a teaming agreement to develop and deliver a new, next-generation Small Unmanned Ground Vehicle (SUGV) to military, civil and commercial users

Force Protection Inc. (NASDAQ: FRPT) 9% HIGHER; reports of a significant Dept. of Defense contract.

Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN) 8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.35, 4 cents better than estimates.(0.31) Revenues were $3.19 billion vs. $3.15 billion consensus. Sees Q2 EPS between $0.39-0.45 vs. consensus of $0.37. Sees Q2 revenues between $3.32-3.6 billion vs. $3.35 billion consensus.

Altera (Nasdaq: ALTR) 5% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.21, 1 cent better than estimates.(0.20) Revenues were $304.9 million vs. $310.12 million consensus.

Radyne (Nasdaq: RADN) 5% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.10, 5 cents better than estimates.(0.15) Revenues were $29.7 million vs. $33.26 million consensus. Radyne Reports Near Record Bookings – bookings for the first quarter of 2006 were $32.7 million. Backlog at quarter end stood at $31.1 million

National Semiconductor Corp. (NYSE: NSM) 4.7% HIGHER; positive results from Texas Instruments

Express Scripts (Nasdaq: ESRX) 4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $1.04, 10 cents better than estimates.(0.94) Revenues were $4.54 billion vs. $4.50 billion consensus. Sees FY EPS between $4.29-4.41 vs. prior guidance of $4.14-4.26 vs. consensus of $4.21.

Target Corp. (NYSE: TGT) 3% LOWER; sees April comps sales “much weaker” – Bloomberg. Sees April comps weaker than -2% to -4%. Sees March/April comps up 3%-4%. Sees Q1 comps up about 4%
