Here are today’s five biggest gaining stocks at closing:

Royale Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: ROYL) is up 67.1% at $3.34.

Westbury Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ: WBB) is up 35.20% at $13.52. The stock began trading today.

DragonWave Inc. (NASDAQ: DRWI) is up 28.4% at $1.99.

Institutional Financial Markets (NYSEMKT: IFMI) is up 24.6% at $2.89.

United States Antimony Corp. (NYSEMKT: UAMY) is up 21.1% at $2.24.

And here are today’s five biggest losing stocks at closing:

Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: SGYP) is down 17% at $6.01.

Health Management Associates Inc. (NYSE: HMA) is down 16.4% at $10.53.

Telestone Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: TSTC) is down 14.4% at $1.07.

Titan Machinery Inc. (NASDAQ: TITN) is down 14% at $22.45.

Harvard Bioscience Inc. (NASDAQ: HBIO) is down 13.6% at $4.84.
