Adcare Health Systems Inc. (NYSEMKT: ADK) is up 36.7% at $5.88.

Primus Telecommunications Group Inc. (NYSE: PTGI) is up 24.6% at $12.35.

SilverCrest Mines Inc. (NYSEMKT: SVLC) is up 16.5% at $2.05.

Theravance Inc. (NASDAQ: THRX) is up 16.2% at $32.56.

And here are today’s five biggest losing stocks at closing:

Mecox Lane Ltd. (NASDAQ: MCOX) is down 19.9% at $5.18.

Ultratech Inc. (NASDAQ: UTEK) is down 17.9% at $29.88.

New Concept Energy Inc. (NYSEMKT: GBR) is down 17% at $1.00.

Crumbs Bake Shop Inc. (NASDAQ: CRMB) is down 15.4% at $1.26.

Uni-Pixel Inc. (NASDAQ: UNXL) is down 15% at $32.35.
